Site Preparation:

Check that all parts of the installation in contact with the tape are clean and free of oil, grease, dirt, etc.
Installation of the Structure:
Install the load-bearing structure of the conveyor belt, making sure that it is well aligned and level.
Place the return drums and drive heads in their correct positions.
Tape Installation:
Place the rubber band over the drums and rollers, making sure it is tightly tensioned and aligned.
Ensure that the tape is correctly installed and that there is no slippage.
Testing and Adjustments:
Perform tests to verify that the system is working as intended.
Adjust the belt tension and make any necessary corrections to optimize performance.
